Consideration given to listen to patients needs and requirements if thought to be useful.
The Hub has given us the best possible help that we could have expected.

That everybody listened to our concerns and answered our questions in a way we were able to understand.
Very reassuring to know they are to be 'there' for us when needed.

Transport was provided and arrived on time! Saw Dr Roy who was extremely helpful and arranged blood tests and wants to see me when results arrive.

I don't think anything could be improved. The care and attention I received from Ruth, Liz and Dr Bunn was absolutely fantastic!! They all made me feel completely at ease and were genuinely really interested in all my problems. I cannot thank the HUB enough for all the help and kindness towards me they have shown.
